RDYSL dictates the deadlines for team submission. The BSC aligns player registration to successfully build teams and enroll for the season.
BSC is committed to keeping youth soccer affordable for all families in the community. Our fees are the lowest in the Rochester area. The registration fee pays for uniforms, referees, field maintenance, Coaches training, equipment, etc. Tournaments are not included in the fee as BSC allows the Coaches and Parents/Players determine whether to register and fund any additional games above and beyond regular RDYSL league play, as historically pre-registering for tournaments has not been cost effective due to shortage of players.
There will be no tryouts this year. BSC is committed to having all kids in our community play soccer.
When registration closes, we will form teams and coaches and then all players will be contacted. Coaches will then begin forming practice schedules.
During the online registration process you will be asked if you want your child to be considered for playing in an older age group. Please note this is at the discretion of the BSC and the coaches, as appropriate skill level and player safety are the main focus.
The RDYSL is a competitive league and BSC teams, coaches and players are put together with that in mind. Each player must earn playing time, especially in the older age groups. This soccer experience should challenge each player to continue improving. With that being said, BSC works with each coach to make sure all players participate. If you wish to discuss in further detail or have a specific concern, please contact the BSC Director.
The summer rec soccer registration is in early April, with games starting in early June. This program is designed for the younger kids, and is not part of the RDYSL travel league. The summer rec soccer program is held at Levi Corser Park for the little kids, the 9 and 10 year olds play in Bloomfield and Canandaigua.
